Please Read Important Safety Policy : Black Diamond Shuttle has established a safety policy. We will be unable to transport any passenger who has a persistent cough, who appears ill or who is running a fever. Any person exhibiting symptoms during the course of a ride will be taken to a safe location and be asked to exit the vehicle and make other arrangements.  Judgement of symptoms will be at the full discretion of the driver.  We kindly ask you not to book a shuttle if you are experiencing any of these symptoms.

    GROCERIES MUST BE PRE-ORDERED. We are unable to accommodate passengers entering the store to do grocery shopping. Please do not request this from your driver. We have very tight schedules which must be adhered to in order to provide consistent, timely service to all of our customers.

    Additionally, if your flight lands later than 7:00 pm, these services are not available.

    Details on Pre-Ordering groceries will be shown once you complete this reservation form. Please print that page when it appears, as you will not be able to access it later.

    Changes can be made free of charge depending upon availability. Cancellations more than 48 hours before your reservation will incur a 20% cancellation fee. Fee can be credited towards a future reservation. Cancellations which occur less than 48 hours prior to reservation cannot be refunded. Maximum wait time at the airport is 45 minutes from the time the aircraft shows on the ground on our tracking system. After the wait time has expired, the company reserves the right to redirect drivers to keep our commitments to our other customers. If a flight is delayed more than 30 minutes, we will make every endeavor to adjust our service to accommodate the customer on such a flight, however, the company may choose to cancel the service and provide a full refund to keep our commitments to our other customers. A 18% gratuity will be added to all transfers of 5 passengers or more if not included at the time of reservation. Reservations made with less than 24 hour notice may not be accepted. If such reservation is accepted, an Expedited Service Fee of $50.00 will be added. Our company has health screening procedures in effect and reserves the right to examine Passports or Visas upon request. By booking online with us you agree to these terms.
