Please Read Important New Safety Policy : Due to the worldwide outbreak of the COVID 19 virus, Black Diamond Shuttle has established a new safety policy. We will be unable to transport any passenger who has a persistent cough, who appears ill or who is running a fever. Additionally, if you have traveled to China, South Korea, Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong, Italy or Iran in the last 30 days, we will be unable to transport you. This list may be expanded due to the fluid nature of the situation. We kindly ask you not to book a shuttle if you are experiencing any of these symptoms or meet any of the geographical travel restriction.  Any person exhibiting symptoms during the course of a ride will be taken to a safe location and be asked to exit the vehicle and make other arrangements.  Judgement of symptoms will be at the full discretion of the driver.  We value the safety of our clients and our staff and feel this is the best policy given the current situation. We’re sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. Obviously if you book a shuttle and become ill prior to your travel date, we will happily issue a full refund.

    Changes can be made free of charge depending upon availability. Cancellations more than 48 hours before your reservation will incur a 20% cancellation fee. Fee can be credited towards a future reservation. Cancellations which occur less than 48 hours prior to reservation cannot be refunded. A 18% gratuity is added to all transfers of 5 passengers or more. Please note that shuttles requiring any driving time between 11:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. may incur an additional $25.00 fee. Reservations made with less than 24 hrs notice may incur an Expedited Service Fee of $25.00. Our company has health screening procedures in effect and reserves the right to examine Passports or Visas upon request. By booking online with us you agree to these terms.
